Since OIP 18 has passed, Omm will transition into liquid staking protocol. As a result, OMM inflation for specific categories will be halted to encourage users to remove funds from money market and LP pools as they will be deprecated in the future. OMM inflation halt will be broken down into two phases:
Phase 1: OMM inflation for money market & LP pool (24.6% of OMM inflation) to be redirected to the DAO Fund
Phase 2: OMM inflation halts completely when Omm transitions into liquid staking protocol
