Given that the utilization rates of the BALN market has been close to 100%, proposing to convert the fees in the DAO fund (ICON Tracker 499 bnUSD, 292 IUSDC, 596 USDS, and 3742 sICX) to BALN tokens. Afterwards, deposit them into the BALN market, so BALN depositors can withdraw their BALN tokens.
