OIP 1 and OIP 2 were enabled in preparation of the ICE airdrop. Given that the ICY and ICZ airdrop snapshots have been taken, community asked to enable sICX borrow market. Below is the proposal.
- Enable sICX borrow
- Change sICX borrow rates to previous configuration (Interest rate model - Omm support )
- Shift a portion of OMM rewards to sICX borrow (Supply:Borrow = 0.5: 0.5)
